Brother Khalid Abdullah Islam, a husband and father of four, is the founder of this blog talk titled "STATION-IWDM." Brother Khalid was always busy creating the message of Al-Islam, particularly as taught by Imam W. Deen Mohammed. Since 1986 he has lived in Saipan, an island in the Pacific Ocean. Khalid was a constant force on social media, connecting and sharing information with Muslims and humanity as a whole.
Imam Abdul Wali Muhammad was elected as the Resident Imam of Masjidullah in Plainfield, NJ, in 1980, and remained in this position until 2016, retiring as the longest-serving resident Imam in New Jersey, providing over 40 years of dedicated service and commitment. It's Count Down Time!!! '22 out '2023 Marching In!
As we come to the close of 2022 it's a great time to look back briefly, assess the progress you made (or not) & give yourself credt for whatever accomplishments you did achieve. Be careful not to beat up on yourself for things you may not have gotten done that you wanted to but instead use that energy to start looking forward to 2023 to make new plans & establish new goals. That's what the New Year should be about. Of course making the "DECISIONS "that need to be made is very important to move forward so that we can have a "Best Rest of Our Lives" In the words of Curtis Mayfield, Boomers let's- "KEEP ON PUSHING" (thats figuratively of course :-) even & especially now!
