Hi Gang: Happy Friday!
The Democrat control over the House of Representtives has ended with a massive spending bill that squanders huge quantities of tax-payer money - including money to supposedly address the crisis on the Southern border without providing any resources to secure that dangerous border.
Tonight we will consider what the Republicans must do to address the many threats posed by the dysfunctional immigration system that undermine national security, public safety, public health, the jobs and wages of Americans and also endanger the environment.
It had been said the knowledge is power- I can to provide you with the information you need to hold our politicians accountable.
It has never been more important that we truly learn how to speak with our fellow Americans in non-confrontational but in fact-based effective and persuasive ways. Immigration is one issue that should unite all Americans- if all of the facts were made known.

Listen to the Sun. Dec. 25, 2022 special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. This episode features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the announcement that the Federal Republic of Nigeria is being forced to re-schedule its national debt based upon the global economic downturn; the United Nations has criticized the expulsion of its diplomat from the West African state of Burkina Faso; there are ongoing problems with the water system in the majority African American municipality of Jackson, Mississippi amid winter storm emergencies across the United States; and the thousands of migrants crossing the Southern border in Texas are coping with freezing temperatures. In the second hour we look back on the 55th anniversary of the historic Massey Lectures by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered in late 1967 over the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Finally, we reexamine the life, legacy and contributions of African American feminist intellectual and organizer Eliza Mary Church Terrell who lived during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

One of the most hyped "new" domains of war the last three decades has been what is generally referred to as "cyber." Its growth in interest and buzz paralleled the decline and neglect of a more traditional form of modern war, Electronic Warfare.
This Sunday we're going to do a deep dive in what we are seeing, what we thought we should have seen but haven't, and how this should inform present support and future policy in the area of cyber.
Our guest for the full hour this Sunday from 4-5pm Eastern will be Shashank Joshi, Defence editor at The Economist.
If you are looking for a read-ahead, "The Digital Front" in the December 3rd edition of The Economist would be a good start.

Kimberly Muktarian is a Senior Consultant at Save Our Sons in Raleigh, NC. She was born and raised in South East Raleigh, NC. She grew up in a large, loving, and supportive family. Her great-grandmother is one of nine, and her grandmother is one of thirteen children. They enjoyed weekend and holiday family road trips.
In 2007, her brother’s arrest began to challenge her perception of how we are building strong black men. She recalls as early as her high school years, seeing it much harder for her male classmates to ask for help. After witnessing their overall disinterest in school (skipping classes, dropping out) they began to seek other means of income. As a special needs educator, she began to seek solutions for the vast number of young men falling through the systems and misdiagnosed. She just kept thinking knowledge of the core of challenges, truth, could circumvent later challenges for people who did realize gaps within their systems of support. She echoes Harriett Tubman’s “I could have freed more slaves if they knew they were slaves.”
Today, Save Our Sons consists of victims and persons who will never be victims advocating for an end goal of parity, an understanding of core challenges and pathways to address obstacles that hinder achieving their goal.
A taboo topic for the dinner table and social gatherings, politics both unite and divide our world. Especially every four years. BlogTalkRadio's Election coverage is vast, varied and accurate: We know it's not always the pundits with the best insight on today's political climate; our hosts represent the voice of the people, by the people, for the people. Whether you fall on the Conservative end of the spectrum, the Progressive, are moderate or somewhere on the many shades in between, you'll find plenty of commiseration with those who share your views, some of which are famous dignitaries like Michelle Obama and Kofi Annan, or famous actors, authors, news reporters, TV personalities, even comedians. The best part? If you've got something to say, you can start your own show! Go on, hop up on that soapbox and have at it – speak your mind, rant, rave and filibuster to your heart's content.
